2/18/12: Sweet Sam has recently been diagnosed with idiopathic epilepsy by our vet. This means he needs daily medication to keep him from having seizures, and he still may have them from time to time. However, Sam is a wonderful dog that behaves just like other dogs and simply needs a bit of extra care. He gets along great with his foster brother basset and tolerates the cat, as well. Sam will make a wonderful addition to your family: his foster mom says he is just as sweet as can be and wants to find his forever home. Update 1/13/12: Sam is a dream! He's playful, but not over the top. He loves food, toys, other dogs, men, women, and children. He is still young and needs some manners, but is a good listener and responds well to training.
