Meet Merlin! Merlin is an adult male Goffins, somewhere between 4 and 11 years, we estimate. Merlin was abandoned at a local pet shop, fully plucked and suffering from a bacterial infection. He has been fully vetted, has new feather growth on his wings and tail, and has been weaned off a seed diet onto Harrisons bird food and a wide variety of fresh foods. Merlin is extremely friendly and social, like most Cockatoos. He doesn't say much, but he DANCES like a madman on cue. He will flap, shake, twist, jump, headbang with his foot in the air, and skip around the top of his cage. It's great fun a parties, where he gets excited by several people gathered around, flapping their arms and nodding their heads so he will mimic them. He loves to be petted and kissed, and will groom your ears, hair, and eyebrows. He likes to chase small dogs and cats, and can be aggressive with other birds, larger or smaller.
