Manufacturing operation in Eastern Tennessee is searching for a Maintenance Manager with 10+ years of applicable experience. BS Engineering degree preferred. Qualified candidate should have experience in managing the maintenance of plant equipment and plant facilities, PM programs, equipment rebuilds, tool crib, training and motivating the maintenance team, lean manufacturing, CNC equipment, PLCs, tooling, HS&E programs, plant utility systems, etc. Would manage a maintenance team of 35+ employees.
