At MAHLE Engine Components USA, Inc. in Morristown, Tennessee as a Mechanical Engineer Mechanical Engineer Responsibilities: - Develops and writes task analysis, cost analysis and proposals for implementation of new processes or improvements to existing processes - Selects or designs parts and tooling to meet customer specifications and expectations - Works closely with line personnel to ensure newly developed parts and tooling are correctly installed and functioning properly - Confers with established personnel to implement standard operating procedures and resolve system malfunctions - Develops, plans and models alternate processing methods to test feasibility of new applications of system components, and recommends implementation of improved procedures, process improvements and/or set-up reduction techniques Mechanical Engineer Requirements: - Bachelor's degree (B.
