We are a family owned real estate company located in Southern California and expanding our property management in the metro Knoxville area . We are looking for an exceptional Acquisitions Associate to assist in securing single family home properties by driving and inspecting prospective properties in the metro Knoxville market. You will get a first hand view of how the auction purchasing is done. This is a hands-on position.
We will conduct a background check, including driving record.

What you need for this position:
- 2+ years as a Real Estate broker or agent specializing in distressed single family homes.
- 2+ years working in the construction field for the residential market
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Able to work in a high paced, ever changing environment.
- Must be adaptable and flexible.
- Have a clean driving record
