Property Manager - (Oak Ridge) in Knoxville, Tennessee For Sale

Wilhoit Properties is currently seeking a Property Manager for our Teller Village apartment community in Oak Ridge. The selected candidates will be responsible for the management of their property including personnel management, marketing, leasing, budgeting, fiscal management, and administration. Our Community Managers also supervise the maintenance department to ensure work orders are completed in a timely manner and the grounds of the property are kept up to company standards. Essential Duties: Manage busy leasing office Handle property collections including the filing of evictions Supervise maintenance staff Develop & maintain marketing plans Resolve resident issues Work with outside vendors, procure bids for authorized work Coordinate vacant unit turnover process with maintenance Show apartments & process applications Post rental payments & transport to the bank Schedule rent increases, re-certifications and lease renewals Daily property walk/inspection Directly Report to the Regional Manager Compensation: Salary, paid vacation, quarterly bonus potential, and health benefits including: health, dental, and life insurance, as well as 401K with employer match
