This off-site employment will report to the Territorial Sales Manager. JOB DESCRIPTION: Develop and communicate regional strategy. Manage staffing Train and coach members of the regional sales team. Comfortable in b2b sales environment. Familiar with value selling process or have the ability to learn. Will grow and strengthen already established key customer/client relationships and grow revenue. Work with cross-functional teams to identify potential for increase of profit possibilities. Will be able to identify current and future customer service requirements plus provide engineering information to customers and/or prospects. Develop, recommend and implement effective sales strategies that support future sales growth. Manage the attainment of established monthly product sales objectives. Collaborate other ESAB executives to improve business results.REQUIREMENTS: A Bachelor in Welding from an accredited college or university, such as LeTourneau University, Ohio State University, Pennsylvania College of Technology, and Ferris State University a plus. 2-10 years of sales experience and welding knowledge, such as compressed gases, plasma parts, mig parts and wires, tig parts and wires, welding rods, and oxy-acet welding equipment. Experience with Fortune 500 companies a plus. Ability to work effectively in diverse industries and in a team environment. Must have solid track record in sales in the welding industry.
